You can choose
You can train all your offensive players in every attacking skill. Or you can choose a skill to focus on.
The same goes for the defensive players.

Maybe sometimes, you can have a tactical or a fitness-training, if needed

It's important that your QB gets the time to look for someone free and send the ball.
Your Offensive Line will block the defensive players of the other team, so your QB can send his passes.

no good OL, no change of scoring.

The basics of blocking is actually quite the same as the basics for tackling - when you play the game irl. Another explanation is that defend your QB.

Do you get a report of training or do you have to write down your players skills and see if something got better ?

If you're a Supporter:

Training reports
You will receive a training report each and every week directly from your coaching staff, so you will know exactly who trained well and gained a skill or two.
