Here's hoping I can get the Steel Hawks back to the heights they once achieved. Cheers for the warm welcome guys. Glad to be back!

I guess I just don't understand how this happens? I took my team and have been developing it nicely and growing and promoting at a comfortable pace. I promoted too early to division II because of several teams going bot when I was in Division III. I decided to stick with my plan last year and got demoted back to division III but I have 23 million in the bank, an 80,000 seat stadium and I have a good chance to promote back to division II next season.

Is this just a matter of owners not willing to take time to grow their teams at a slow enough pace to grow their stadium and manage salaries while their players develop? Curious to hear what you feel went wrong with your team development.

Yep sounds like what I was doing but then I tried to accelerate my growth by bringing in players brought in too many started losing nearly relegated so sold up and started my young irish players. Started winning again got promoted but was always on the brink since then so no game in ages means I'm 1.4 in the hole

I think you need to find a happy medium. I too have flown through the divisions. I have no patience. But i would not still be here unless i didn't expand and cut my roster when required. There is not enough cash in this game. You only have to take your eyes of the ball for a couple of weeks. Training the right way is the highest factor.

Maybe I'm missing something or messed up the math but a home game on Saturday withaturnout of 44,000 should bring in approximately $1.4. Plus another home game and a home cup game next week should cover things and then some right?

Yep but I'm 1.4 so home game = 0 plus 100k for Monday but then I'm 800k down on weds so I'll be below the 400k there allowing me
