Week Four Fixtures

Group B
Captain Morgans (gorshell) v Dirreenaling (donal)
newcastle west (seanand) v Carlow Crusaders (Emeraldfin)
Carrickfergus Knights (Doc Charante) Idle

Good job everyone.

Gang Green are still setting the standard as the only unbeaten team in the competition and look to have booked their place in the semi-final with that win. Ireland's Team were unfortunate against Celbridge but still recorded a staggering SIX sacks - that will be one sore QB tomorrow! Carlow came out on top in a shootout with Captain Morgans and Carrickfergus's D came up with another big performance against Dirreenaling to move to 2-1.

Standings to follow.

Gang Green finished the pool stage unbeaten and are now assured top spot in Group A. Sam Kidd's Dragons got off the mark with a good win against the Western Cowboys. In Group B, Captain Morgans finished their campaign in style against Dirreenaling to hold top spot and Carlow Crusaders beat newcastle west well to stake a claim for a top two position in the group.

Standings Group A

Team W-L % F-A Difference
Gang Green (Celt67) 4-0 1.000 140-38 +102
Celbridge Celtics (tearmanneanna) 2-1 0.667 133-66 +67
Western Cowboys (thedonfergaloni) 1-2 0.333 52-84 -32
Dublin Dragons (Sam Kidd) 1-2 0.333 70-112 -42
Ireland's Team (coach) 0-3 0.000 3-98 -95

Standings Group B

Team W-L % F-A Difference
Captain Morgans (gorshell) 3-1 0.750 171-49 +122
Carlow Crusaders (Emeraldfin) 2-1 0.667 97-52 +45
Carrickfergus Knights (Doc Charante) 2-1 0.667 21-52 -31
Dirreenaling (donal) 1-2 0.333 63-35 +28
newcastle west (seanand) 0-3 0.000 7-171 -164

In Group A, Gang Green are secure in top spot. Celbridge meet the Western Cowboys with second spot at stake, while the Dublin Dragons can bring themselves back into contention with a win against Ireland's Team and a Celbridge loss.

In Group B, Captain Morgans are the team on top having finished their schedule. Carlow and Carrickfergus can still match their record but have a mountain to climb in terms of points difference. It's still all to play for though!
