Thought this thread may help any future managers. Post up any players that are 5* rated, 4.5* or 5* talent players who aren't ready yet but given a few years could possibly be ready for the national team.

Here are the ones to watch from my team:

David Metcalfe - O Line, 5* BPOS, also training as 5* BPOS D Line player currently. Only 15 strength but not capped yet. 20 Consistency. 20 years old at time of writing. Curently only blocking of 9.

Oliver Findlay - OLB. 4.5* Talent. 16 speed, 16 strength (strength is capped). Only 4 consistency. 17 years old at time of writing.

Ryan Randall - KR / WR. 4.5* Talent. 5* rated KR, 2.5* rated receiver and rising. Capped at 18 speed, 12 strength with high stamina. 14 Consistency.

I have a few who might be worthwhile in a couple seasons too. It feels sad not to pick any of my own players for the UK team, but they just aren't good enough just yet.

Matthew Kavanagh - will probably be ready for the team next season. We have a lot of very good wide receivers though.

Tyler McKenzie - will not be top level for at least another three seasons, but will be unstoppable if he can make it to 20/20 in catching/agility. Both Kavanagh and McKenzie have 20 speed.

Grant Hooper - already 5* as a running back, will be also training as a kick returner. Will be ready in maybe 2/3 seasons.

Zack Davidson - pretty close to ready. Just want to get his overall skills up before I make that final push. My only worry is that he capped at 15/16.

Simon Thompson - a bit of a beast physcially, capped at 17/19, but needs to catch up in all-round skills before I put him forwards.

Nathan Hugh Jarvis - only 4* talent, but has great physicals and intelligence, and is already well rounded in many skills.

I think you just have to go with who is best for now. But it's finding them that's the problem. You've go to rely on the best players coming here and posting who's available and just hoping you can fill your team with 5 star rated guys who have good caps.

But I think things like this will help, showing future managers who they might want to look at. I think 4.5* talent and 5* talent only need apply though to be honest.

Yes, 5*/4.5* talent players with high caps should move to the front of the list, for sure. Even at this current moment only truly outstanding 3.5/4* players are getting into the team. No other team is in that position.

Was talking to the Vorvardii manager today, and all I can say from that is that Joseph Daniel Simpson is going to be a superstar, if he keeps being trained well.

I've put an asterisk next to James McKee. I scouted him yesterday, and I think he's ready to be considered for the National Team. Of course I probably won't be in charge next season, but running back is one of our weaker areas.

Nice to see my second ever youth pick on the list, Davidjames Gilmour.
I do have one that should be good in a couple more seasons, McGregor Perkins as a CB.
