What does this mean: 1st-10-BAK35.. Can someone explain this to me?

My guess is: 1st down, 10 yards remaining until next 1st down, the attack starts at the 35 yard line in BAK territory.

Teretory is wrong. It means distance to own goal line, because I saw 1-10 Bad 72
