Good luck tomorrow, fdredcap. I never played unfortunately. I played many years of rugby (number 7 or 8 mostly) and I would have liked to play LB - I used to like hitting people!

You can always start now. I'm 31 now and only stared when I was 28 playing MLB, I'm from a rugby background too, played 15,13,12,10,8,7,6 North Kildare Reapers just stared out your way too

My hitting days are far behind me! I blow a whistle now - it means I can stay involved and still be able to walk on a Monday morning!

If I ever got involved with the IAFL, it would be while wearing stripes and carrying a nice yellow hankie...

I'd love to play but never have. Only thing is I get a lot of injuries from playing soccer with my local team even though i only play in goal (I like to throw my weight around) I don't know what position i'd be good at anyway. Maybe DL or kicker (i've a pretty long kick of a ball)

TE! Best TE I ever played with was a keeper. Great hands and loved to dish it out.
I'd love to still be playing, but I'm with Eanna on this one, 15 years playing takes its toll

Hey Doc sorry for the delay been busy. Last week against the rebels we let in three scores in the 3rd Q and shut them down for most of the game, just our offence still not clicking. One I think came off a pick and the rest was just mistakes on the D.

As for the knights again a close fought and very defensive game and a safety was all that was in it. That's two games I've missed now but hopefully I'll be good to go for the rest of the season got a two week bye now too which helps.
