we need improvements for players not for owners of the game.
we need to feel that to pay a supporter has a reason why.
for example the cup system for play against bots until there are no more bots in the competition ... the effort of the admins and owners to find more players to make this great game better

1) Up the Salary difference to one million, instead of -£400,000
2) Make the cheerleaders Hotter
3) Change the National Team format to a draft style to make it fairer, letting the lower teams pick first, as right now this style is boring as heck
4) Have the option to kick last minute dying field goals
5) Have the option to adjust the games at half time, encouraging players to log on and participate more in the game
6) Have an option to play more friendlies per week, or to create mid week friendly tournaments

And make a players ability start to deteriorate at 35 as this will make the game a bit more exciting, rather then a player vegetating from age 30

And yesterday i saw a National Team Player aged 75 still playing, i mean come on

10) Have weather make a greater impact on the passing game. I'm not sure what the current % is but I feel like thunderstorms should have a 15% to 25% increase in failed passes while snowstorms should be 25% to 35%. Also, there should be some percentage increase in chances of fumbling for each to make the carrying stat more important.
11) Clarification on the aggression stat for players to help understand what it affects, and to make it more impactful in the game in some way if it's a stat that will be kept in game.
12) Have teamwork not only effect training points but also how effective they are in playing the game as teamwork is an extremely important thing in football, if that is not already a thing of course.
13) Add a program to the game that allows players to set up some kind of Friendly league to increase player interactivity. I feel there are plenty of people who would love to be involved in multiple friendly leagues, but currently there is no way to do this without significant effort within the forums. So, adding a dedicated way to create friendly leagues would be really interesting I believe.
