We are currently working on some new things for GI

2years is a loooong time

and one of those things is also an option to buy a supporter via mobile phone.
Option: 1 week or 1 month supporter
Price: 20% - 30% higher price due to high commissions
What do you think, should we implement this or not?

is a nice to have but does not add much.
Also which nations?

Some changes that would make the game a lot more exciting are:

1) First / Second & Third String Positions
Have your team set with 1st & 2nd & 3rd Position Players e.g First QB / 2nd Position QB / 3rd String QB and if the first is injured the 2nd player starts, if he is injured your 3rd string player then starts, if he is injured during the game, this would make it so much more tactical and make squad training and depth a lot more important within the game

2) Play Book
Have a bit more of a play book created and a few more coaching options

3) Kicking (This Seriously Needs Improved. People are always mentioning this)
Make the option for kicking a bit easier so that you don't need a degree and Einstein with you to set the kicking option, i mean "howay" have you seen how the kicking option is worded?
Try "kick field goal" options "ON": "YES" or "NO" / "Distance to attempt from": "1-50" yards and set with a drop down tab, then set an option for last second field goal kicking: "ON" or "OFF" it's not that hard surely to change this, but if worded like this would be easier for a newbie and me lol

4) Search options for new teams and by countries
It would be nice if you could search for new teams created from certain countries

5) Search options for national team managers for players within their country
As a manager of a national team be able to search players from your national teams country by positions and wages etc but only as a national team manager

6) Statistics Tables for each division for individual leaders within the division
Within each division have stats for passing, receiving, rushing and tackling etc for each division

7) Rushing During the Game (Make it relevant and part of the game instead of 100% pass)
Make the rushing game relevant within this game, currently the rushing game only works against bot teams or new teams with extremely poor tactics. If you play a team that is even to your own then your running back will regularly get 0 yards or -2 yards per carry no matter if he is a rookie or a national team running back.

8) Memberships
And buying membership online is super easy i don't think being able to buy it over a mobile will massively increase new supporters if at all signing up? just my opinion like

Can I just add to this list??

9) Opening more National teams even if there are no coaches from that country, There normally are still players. & There are plenty of other coaches who would jump at the chance to take one on

Example a nation that has enough players to make a 50 player roster. Don't just look at the teams available, look at their rosters.

China for example has many teams. But the 3 biggest teams rosters only have about 5 Chinese players on them. And the majority of the teams haven't been around 90 days.

Every time we have a NT cycle, it is the same. The suggestion of more nations. But no one has come up with a single nation that could actually support a NT roster. I'm not against the idea. I just don't wanna see a nation with a 30 player roster being coached by a non-national manager cos the actual manager from the nation don't care for the NT.

The suggestion always comes from manager that already have a national team. Never from a manager that does not have a national team.

Does the nation actually need to be successful though?
If the only reason for playing is to be Champions every year (and I know that would be the main reason) then any coach from div iii down who never gets promoted season after season would just quit

They could be used as filler nations, eg more teams in the group section of the World cups(or even more groups) making more matches(or be more regular), longer tournaments etc therefore giving more coaches an opportunity

Just a quick glance(as you mentioned China) at the top Chinese team in Asia TD gives over 60 Chinese players, true they may not be world beaters but neither are many nations in real sport.

& whilst I agree with you that preferably coaches should be from the relevant country, we already have at least 3 foreign national coaches so it's not compulsory although they should take preference.

If it comes up every NT cycle that shows that more coaches want a chance to coach national teams & therefore interact more with the game (surely a good thing) I know I would, but what chance would I have of getting the UK job being in lowly div iv?

It's all about the interaction with the game, more opportunities for coaches to do what they play the game for, maybe stop some of the monotony that may be the reason some people don't stick around.

Never said anything about being successful.

Seems China has increase their players recently. They didn't hold onto their players seasons ago.

Any other nations you can suggest need inclusion? Can you example one that hasn't been exampled for you? ie- Not China like I exampled.

I'm all for increasing the number of teams as long as the nation can support 50 players now, and into the future. I don't believe there are any other nations that can.

Looking through the Top 100 lists I honestly think the three that are closest are China, Israel and Latvia. The last two are definitely stretches (especially Latvia since Mighty Farmers went bot) at the moment but none of the others are even close.

More national teams, especially for small nations without many players, just allows more high waged superstars that would never retire for the dreaded renters to get their hands on.

So for that reason I'm out until even international players retire when they are meant to.... Which isn't going to get changed soon

Got to admit those are the 2 most valid arguments against increasing & I agree with both

Just implementing Philiom's point & replacing them with new youth's will automatically solve both problems

But as he also said" that's not going to happen soon"

I will bring it up again next NT cycle Project,

Having these debates, in theory, "should" stimulate the developers to introduce features like this & other things talked about on the forums into the game, thus increasing playability, increasing interaction, increasing attractiveness(of the game), increasing coaches, which would surely increase their profits.

I wonder if Lee Suggs has suggested anything like that,

& that's before I have any cider, lol

Oh & Project again just a quick glance there are well over 80 players for both India & Malaysia, although at least 30 of the Indian players are over 40 & 3 of those are over 50, I think 1 is actually in his coffin, lol

I only used China a you mentioned them
