I like the thought but not really sure it 2orks in practice, would this mean that the NT captain would be able to get 2 youth players a week or what team would this international youngster end up in? Sounds like an extreme advantage for the NT captain unless he would be unable to play this youngster in league play but if that would be the case this would just risk flooding the transfer market I'm afraid, I like the idea though =)

The only way to get more players for a national team roster is to get more managers (ie- us) to play this game. Difficult call since the people playing this game numbers wise has decrease over the past 5 years. The game is stale, and doesn't attract much new managers.

This should be yet another reason to start running this game on https as google have started to punish non https sites in their ranking system thingy

Totally agree. The best thing to happen to this game in the last few years has been Rocky's cup....

Using that as an example

Why not have an Official International Club Cup(not to replace the AFLC) aswell as the Regional Cup

There is already enough games in the week. Although it would be nice to add more. Some managers already have 5 games a week depending on the time of season it is.

It sounds like from the NC bug thread that the devs are tinkering with stuff. Hopefully that means the useless fluff might be gone and some good can come soon.

I'm assuming those are League, Cup, AFLC, Friendly & International

I understand that would keep them very busy & very active & a little less stale

Here goes the controversial bit, nothing personal against anyone, just a suggestion

How about barring any coach in the AFLC from being a National team coach, thus freeing up a few more nations for those who only have 2 games a week & find it a lot more stale

1. AFLC teams/managers only become available or a worked out at season end. Season end if half way through the WC cycle.

2. What happen if said AFLC team manager is the only national manager that applies for said national team.

While I see where you were attempting to go with the suggestion. I think you solve some problems and create some more.

IF you really want a go. Then I'd suggest contacting the admins at the nomination stage of the WC cycle expressing your interest. Seems the same managers are getting the same goes with various random national teams. Cannot see why others cannot have a go also.

Simpledt solution. Bar AFLC from this new cup (in the same way div 1 teams don't play in div 3. The attendence can be lower than the aflc so that keeps the advantage in terms of finances.

Would like to see how it is formatted though. That has to come first.

why not be generous and give everybody one or two weeks of supporter for free, so those of us who haven't paid can see what we're missing? some might decide to become supporters as a result. no skin off your noses. could drum up more $$$ for you.
