...i should be the one that says Uh oh..!!

Yeah - I still don't know how that happened - it seems I can only beat teams in first or second this season - and nobody else!

I don't mind losing in the cup, if it meant that I don't get relegated!!

So with 32 teams left in the cup, we still have six Irish sides in the hunt. At least one team will make it to the last 16, as Celbridge and Gang Green will once again go at it for bragging rights. Prospect have a huge challenge going up against the Grizzles so,best of luck to all!!!

I had a look at the teams that started the cup (I know this may have changed with teams going bot, etc.) but should be accurate.
Round 1
Row Labels Count of Country Percentage
[United Kingdom] 434 35.87%
[France] 306 25.29%
[Spain] 231 19.09%
[Denmark] 78 6.45%
[Ireland] 48 3.97%
[Portugal] 43 3.55%
[Sweden] 30 2.48%
[Finland] 22 1.82%
[Norway] 14 1.16%
[Iceland] 4 0.33%
Grand Total 1210

Row Labels Count of Country
[United Kingdom] 12 37.50%
[France] 9 28.13%
[Ireland] 6 18.75%
[Spain] 4 12.50%
[Portugal] 1 3.13%
Grand Total 32

So we've gone from less than 4% of teams at the start to almost 19% - that's not bad for a small number of teams to begin with!

Great work on the stats Eanna. Very strong showing this season from Irish teams in the cup and the stats back it up.

Hopefully one of yis can go all the way!
