But by the same token, I have seen the moderators step in and intervene without anyone issuing any form of complaint at all.

On the other hand, a manager makes an extremely racist comment stereotyping all Americans as "fat, lazy, gunwielding, war loving, horse riding, saloon fighting, beer drinking, sex wanting rednecks" and yet this somehow slips under the moderator radar.

Under the circumstances, I think my American friends have every right to be angry at this unconscionable slur on their nation. It was a completely unjustified attack and no manager who makes such a racist comment has any place on this forum.
