To complete this with the final phase, you just have to add the showseason parameter to the wc page.

Example if you want to see season 7 results : http://www.grid-iron.org/home/wc/showseason/7

Then you can see the world cup final phase.
However,I think it works only during the occurence of the current final phase. If you do it during a qualification phase, I think final phase won't appear, even for previous season.
