So who is interested? I would be willing to put in the time (I have already done a decent chunk of it with the google docs) but my obvious lack of experience stands against me. I think the team will be stronger than last years judging by some of the players I have seen so far. There are one or two teams whose players have only come into their stride this season in terms of wages and BPOS so there will be more options than last year for whoever it is.

Experience isn't the most important thing here. If you're prepared to put the time in, and have a good group to help, you are well on your wayLast edited on 2014-08-20 at 1:20

It would depend on how thick the accent (though my gf, having spent a few years growing up in London switches occasionally between posh English and her usual mild south Dublin accent and I still find the quick switch amusing). Having said that you are having a drink which is more than enough for me. I think anyone who wants a drink and a chat will always be welcome here.

Name is in the ring anyway with national anthem playing. Hopefully we can be more like the current rugby team than the current soccer team (and if I manage to channel Joe Schmidt as well that would be great).

I done it a few years ago, the thing that will make it easier for you is having a support group helping you scout out NT players. Once you have a few fellow guys helping you scout it will allow things to go a lot smoother.

Thanks, that will definitely be my priority. There are also one or two teams with all Irish players that I will want to get in contact with as that would be a big time saver (this is of course assuming that either no one else runs or win the election).

3 managers going for it. Best of luck to both lonaldinho and Coach.
