Hey guys just a quickie. Was wondering what you guys were working out in regards to expenses per week. Seems to be a few teams gone due to this and I don't wanna make the same mistake. My weekly out going is $770,000 with a stadium capacity of just under 33,000 with all VIP and executive done.

I'm at -207000 after salary and club shop but before any tickets are sold. However I'm in Div V. and won't be in IV until season 19 so costs are being kept down until then.

Work things out based on a fortnight, assuming 1 home game and one away game.

Add up your outgoings over the 2 weeks (wages, maintenance etc) and your income over those 2 weeks (will need to estimate your friendly income based on an average week and sponsor money based on either winning or losing (your choice based on how you fair in the league). If that comes out positive then you're all good. If it doesn't you need to address the issue.

Just briefly off the top of my head; my 14k stadium gets me about 950k per home game. Another let's say 20k on top of that will be another 400k per home game, giving you about 1.35m. Friendlies should be 250k maybe for the fortnight, giving you ticket income of about 1.6m. Your wages are 1.55k per fortnight (roughly) meaning at this stage you're just in profit. You then need to just figure out maintenance, sponsors and any club shop etc and you're good.

Obviously that's just a basic model, do the precise maths yourself and see how much you're making. The bigger that number the better, obviously

Nice one dude never thought about doing it that way. I've the business mind of a cabbage, hence the fire sale at the end of every season.
