What can I say, it's been a long journey for me (8 years and 10 AFLC campaigns) until the stars eventually aligned. Too bad I had to derail Stevie's amazing Cinderella Story in the process, because he was truly magnificent all season long. The way he mastered the running attack to perfection, beating one legend of this game after another, was a thing to behold. Mad respect for what he did, I am sure he will have other opportunities to win the big one down the road because he truly has the mold of a champion.

Congratulations - that'll look good in the trophy cabinet. Great run from the runner up too.

It's always good to win something after a long time trying. If you keep putting yourself in the mix, eventually the luck goes your way... although there was nothing lucky about that final performance, just sheer quality.

Thanks, I hope you too get your hands on the final piece of your trophy case at some point. Congrats for the promotion, it seems that your team is finally heading in the right direction after a long rebuilding process.

On a sidenote: do you remember how, back in the days, TwoPint was the first one to make the Darkwing hugely popular? I dare to say that Stevie has probably had an overall impact of equal magnitude, since he literally taught everybody how to run the ball with maximum efficiency. As written above, mad respect for what he did.

Thanks. What can you do, I guess it is not humanly possible to lose 3 of those after all. Or maybe I am just a late bloomer of sort (didn't do jack in my first 7 AFLC campaigns, then I made the IB in my 8th and 9th, then I finally won it in my 10th). Same thing with yourself and the RC: it took you a while, but now it seems that you got the hang of it apparently.

Welcome to the club, couldn't have a more deserving member. Solid win against a very worthy finalist with the best running attack I've seen. Big congrats

I always thought Home or Away in the AFLC is determined by Stadium size, like in the Regional Cup. You have the second biggest Stadium in your Group. So obviously it isn't stadium size. But if it's not stadium size, how in the world can you give a team 5 away games and only 3 home games? That's flat out stupid. Especially considering the impact of Home Field (they did turn it down a little bit in the league games last year, don't know how it's done in the AFLC, I only know that there is no HFA "officially", but I read a lot of posts complaining about it last season).
