Kicked a superb field goal today when we were four points behind Shankers with 2 minutes remaining in our critical AFLC game. We eventually lost 69-70 (there was still time for two quick TDs).

That along with our other beautiful late field goal against Centralmountainflyfisher seems to have put to bed our Iron Bowl ambitions for another season.

That is a big issue in GI. Those useless FG are really annoying. We may be given more options to try 4th downs like "On 4th down punt or attempt a field goal (...) Unless yards left(...) On 4th and 10."

That is not really a FG issue. But a time management issue.

If you kicked that FG half way through the second quarter. You'd be fine with it. If you went for it on 4th down and failed half way through the second quarter. You'd be equally annoyed also.

The only real way to fix it is to have time specific orders. Like in fourth quarter, all 4th down plays inside whatever yardage you decide are offensive plays, not FGs when down by 4 points or more.

Or to have points specific orders. If down by 3 points or less, kick field goal, otherwise run play and then note the yardage that is effective for

And why do some teams wait until after they've played me to field youth players in this comptetition?

The AFLC is very close and entertaining this year, at least in Group A, New York Midget is sweeping the other group.

In Group A, the Rosario Rojinegro control their own destiny. A win and they will end up with the best PD for sure. Should they make it to the IB, they will also have a shot at the famed Treble because I don't see how they can possibly lose the TD and RC titles that are currently within their grasp.

In Group B, I am 7-0 but I needed a couple of GI miracles to beat the Wildcats and the Warpigs. In both instances I was down by 21 points and I had to pull off some crazy comeback, before lucking out in OT. I still need to win my final game though, since Project is almost guaranteed to play against a Bot lineup and score a million points in the process.

For sure you had brilliant comeback games with OT wins. But if we only see the "big picture" you have an undefeated 7-0 campaign that will probably become an 8-0. You made it look easy!

Jhoseph is on his way to make a treble. 2 seasons ago he almost did the same but I have frustrated him in TD... But this time I think you are the only one who can do this if he reaches the IB. Next week will be nice to watch on AFLC group A!

An amazing effort by my Weasels against Amazing Club today, beating them 73-14, but we needed three more points than that to overhaul Shankers for first place in Group A. It's up to Rosario now to see if they can do it. They only need to win by one point of course.
