Wow, I must have really picked up in sacks later in the season. I was no where near the top when stats were released a little while ago. Had heaps of pressures, but not converting to sacks. Poor old Reinhardt Bidner still no where near on sack numbers though, despite all his pressures.

Glad I didn't make it into the Ints thrown list though

Also the receivers list is interesting. I had a very spread list with all four between 2100-2500ish each.

Not happy to see Farias be an Int leader, but in our 2 most important losses this season vs the Jinx we threw none.

Damn. They've gone and deleted the play-by-plays from the early seasons, and in doing so, ruined my shot at compiling all-time single game records

Will have to knock out season 18 (now the last remaining season to complete) as soon as possible.

Single game stats salvaged! Back in business

Except for season 1. This is lost forever.

I've been slack with this. Losing all the play-by-play info in the off-season deflated my enthusiasm somewhat.

Will attempt to finish off the single-game and season records (s2-19) this week.

Season 20 is in the books, though not very many records fell.

From memory (ie the post I just compiled that didn't go as planned due to this automatic logout thing that GI likes to do):

* Evhen Milevsky recorded over 58% pass completion percentage for the season, good for second all-time. He also led the league in picks (13).

* Molnar from the Behemoths led in pass yards (approx 8500) but it wasn't close to the efforts of the all-time top 5. There were less than 150 yards between 1st and 4th in this category.

* The Convicts' Farias had the most pass TDs with 136 (tied for 4th in history).

* Jinx stalwart Laurence Maiden topped the league in pressures with 85.

* Mourish from the Cats was on his own with 6 interceptions.

* Ditto Miklešić from the Behemoths with 16 sacks.

* Daniel Angus Kidd from the Trons led in all of the receiving categories, with Ted Simpson from Kamikaze finishing 2nd in receiving TDs (I think)

* The Crushers Rizzolli got a lot of practice returning kickoffs, eventually putting up the 2nd highest numbers in TD history.

* The Wildcats kicker was the first to crack double digits in successful FGs for a long time.

* We even managed to have more than 5 players score rush TDs lol, with 5th place recording as many as all of Top Division combined managed in season 19 (2).

Kamikaze, the Convicts, Jinx and Behemoths all cracked the top 20 for most TDs in a season (interesting as none of these teams won the league) - and there were quite a few new entries in the bot-bashing and highest-scoring books as well, with the standout being the 119-0 flogging by the Jinx over a defunct Dilligaf.

No new individual game records, though Milevsky did become the second player in Oceania history to throw for 17TDs in a game, and his 32/38 completions vs the Crushers stands as the best completion percentage for a QB with more than 20 attempts. The Trons' Matt Bradley joined the 3-picks-in-a-match club during a match vs Kamikaze, and the Convicts' Georges Hervieux became only the second fellow in TD history to pressure the QB 21 times in a game, which he did vs the Penrith Panthers.

Cheers - now seems like a good time to point out that the Behemoths' Molnar broke a 10-season-old record this past weekend, with his 1205 yards passing vs Kamikaze smashing the previous effort set by the Steel City Panthers QB Jed Michael in season 11.
