I would give you the advantage in that matchup. I've just turned half my roster over. My OL was especially weak, they averaged 2* of talent and were one the team when I took it over. I finally have some talented replacements with good physicals, so I've fired my entire OL.

I've actually been very lucky. 4 of my last 6 youth pulls have been 4.5* talent. 2 of them would make amazing QB's with excellent INT and CONSISTENCY. I'm working on their speed, if one of them can reach 18 or 19 speed, he will become either my new WR or S, and the other one will become my QB of the future.
