Congratulations. You have certainly put enough enough time and had enough success to earn this management opportunity. Best of Luck.

Thanks! I'll do that.

I'll reach out to flames as well, to get his input on what he felt weaknesses were and if he was following any prospects that he thought would soon be ready.

Wasn't there a database at one time where owners could enter information about future and current potential NT players?

Hasn't been kept up, so from what I have experienced, if it's not kept up, then you're better off starting from scratch or seeing what notes Flames may have left over from his 2 seasons. That would be the most accurate.

Whatever the head coach needs, I'm here to help. However, if I do get a gig for another nation, then I will have to split my help

Gatr22, from your experience was the database worthwhile or is it more work than it is worth and it's just as easy to start over each year?

If it's maintained. I think one person needs to maintain it otherwise you end up with Wikipedia at best. It needs to be updated each season and I'm not aware of anyone doing this, so the data is useless within a couple seasons. If you want to take on that effort, I will support your efforts. Pretty sure UK has their own database, I've seen the list in their forum. I've even added some players to their list for players to watch. Abcat seems to be in charge of reviewing players and adding them to the list to watch or stop watching.

I wouldn't mind maintaining but I'm not very tech savvy so I'm not sure the best way to receive, update and share the information. If we want to go that route I can do some work. For now I might just post some of my possible NT players in a thread.

Have a look at abcats reports in the UK thread. They are essentially just adding players that have potential and have been talent verified and then updated as long as the players continue to remain on track for NT consideration. As I remember it's categorized by position, then just lists the players and the teams they are on. Thanks for volunteering!

Okay, here's a sample of what they do. They post by position, then keep a running tally of the players and post their salary, so they aren't necessarily posting players talents/skills which might be considered against the rules, but if they are posted, talnet has been verified as acceptable and salary gives and indication of skill levels. A simple spreadsheet with tabs for each position could take care of this as long as you don't mind adding new players and updating salaries every season or so:
