yes I know - but had a team a few seasons back, on old laptop.v77 Brother had a team now went BOT.. So didn't think I was doing wrong. Now no cash unless folk buy players. going BOT too

I dont know your specific situation. But in the game rules is does have a section on transfers between teams with same IP address.

Well, you were involved in 14 team transfers with DragonTigers in the last month. You received 1M from DragonTigers for many different player transfers since you joined the game. That must be the reason for your fine.

As the mentality is now "switched" from "major changes" to "one step at the time", you can expect further updates next season as well. But they will not be announced until they are ready (for obvious reasons).
