Team USA is shockingly weak fellas. It seems like it was built for the old engine and just never adjusted. Looking at some of the other top level teams, USA has definitely fallen behind.

We need to pump some new blood into Team USA. If you have some good developing young players that might be NT worthy in 1-2 seasons, then let me know because its time to kick out these 40+ year old players on the NT that just don't fit the new engine.

What, in your opinion, is the difference between a player built for the old engine and a player built for the new engine?
