Changing a couple of variables in the engine is not hard, it's harder not to brake 100 other linked things when you change something that seems insignificant at first.

Sometimes the solutions seem easy on the first sight, but they really are not when you try to implement them.

I think that if we could get more info on how the game is played, it would help. That info should be in your database, for example:

- Was the pass incomplete because of QB throw, WR drop, WR misplacement, CB defended the pass or any other result of the calculation.
- Who tackled the WR / TE / FB?
- Was pressure on the QB the fault of a C/G/T/RB?

Just these informations would help us find out more about how our team is behaving on the field.

And then stats... as many as you that throw at us. Pressures, passes defended, drops anything. I ran for some seasons stats for the division I was in, but it took to much time. The information came from the games, so it should be in your database to.

I think that many in the community will want to help improve the game and if needed, we can help figuring out how to extract or use the information that is there to enhance the game.

As Bloodbeak wrote above, there will never be a 100% equality for all in multi player online game like GI.

Furthermore, even if merging zones/groups could seem like a good idea to some, it would be a development nightmare so it's out of the question for sure.
It would take a rewrite of practically all systems in GI, so I'm sorry to say, but this just won't happen.

Just a suggestion but why not do the whole development/rewrite as a completely new project behind the scenes then roll it out once complete & transfer all current team managers over to the new build.

I understand it will be a lot of work but it may be financially worth it in the long run if new managers(or old ones that left because of thinking the game had gone stagnant) can be brought onboard.

Not asking for all singing all dancing with video clips etc

Just a thought

Just simply to know who made the tackle on every play, that would be grand indeed. Also, please make it retroactive, so I can go back on games and use all of that data

Could be realize AbCat's idea of a change in the amount of prize money after the end of the season? (the full text of his proposal you can read below)

?

Everything regarding the basic systems (regions/leagues/cups/number of teams in each division, etc...) is linked and depends on numerous different scripts/database tables/etc... So this is unlikely to get changed.

I'm late to the party, but in terms of equalizing opportunities, if the prize money were greater, it would help the teams from smaller regions more, and it would provide more incentive to try and promote.
