It is a pity that it is no longer possible to win a game just by playing with a pass offense.

Even with a 100% Rush Defense you are almost without chance against the run...

We played very well and it was a tight battle until the end of 3rd quarter. Unfortunately we had 2 consecutive interceptions that the hungarian team converted into points... it hurts but our campaign was awesome and surpassed all expectations. Congratulations for all semifinalists!

P.S.: Spain vs Hungary will be WC XXII final rematch

I think that the admins changed the semifinals match up. I need to correct it in my spreadsheet.

So it should have been Spain - Denmark and Finland - Hungary? I don't know if I should be pleased about who DK meets since I definately see us as the underdogs and most likely to be the team going home without a medal.

But great to be here and shows that small countries (along with Finland and Hungary) can compete at international level.

On the day before their birthday, the Danish players will play their most important NT match in 5 seasons since finishing thrid in World Cup XIII.

They are all wishing for a great birthday and wish Hungary's players the same. As well as all GI players that their birthday wishes may come true and that the GI world will continue to be a place of peace and harmony - except on the field!

Good luck to the three other WC semi finalists! (a bit less for Hungary... just a bit lesser than the Danish team... )

Congratulations to Finland and Spain for some great effort. Hungary showed that they can follow Finland, but just not good enough.

Denmark did not make it a close game at all. I remember the day where Spain would punish Denmark in football... the 5-1 victory does come to mind after todays game.
