No offense, but every time I put a player for sale, I get inundated by all the "what's the star rating" messages.

It's annoying and stupid, seeing that scout reports are cheap af.

From now on I'm gonna start telling everyone they're 5 star players. If you can't dish out a few thousands in fake money for a scout report, you don't deserve to have a good team.

I'm in favor of paying extra to see the caps on players, and that should be much higher than the scout report, only then can you rule out that the player is capped, my opinion.

It's incredibly rare for me to run out of scouting reports. I'm responding to campuscodi saying he's going to lie to people because he was too lazy to just put the information in an ad in the first place. He's complaining that people won't scout players, when sometimes they have to resort to asking the owner because they've scouted 5 players already that week -- just like he thinks they should.
