Does anyone know if the admins have considered reducing the number of divisions in the game? With the significant number of bot teams out there, a lot of players probably won't see much competition until they reach division III or maybe division II. I wonder if that's part of what causes people not to stick around. Fewer divisions would mean more competition in early seasons, which might lead to more teams staying in the game.

I understand the sentiment.
However, if used properly, that time playing against mostly bots can help build a massive financial base while doing nothing but training and building BPOS on players.

It has been suggested many times. The devs dont consider it.
Take your time, build your team and finances, as Ivess said, popping into TD with a well trained team and a boat load of cash in the bank will keep you going for a long time
