Some teams seem to have a more balanced injury management, others always have the same injured player, every year: impossible. But which of the administrators shows up about this question?

The thing is, it's not impossible. It's unlikely, but unlikely things happen all the time. It's possible there's a bug, but I think it's more likely that it's just bad luck with the random number generator.

Bingo, but with that said, I still feel there is a higher number generator the older the players get (just slightly) which would result in starters getting injured more than youth players. Just my opinion after 25 seasons of observation

That's possible, and it would make sense to implement it from a realism standpoint. I have no confidence that they went to the trouble, and in my 28 seasons of observation I haven't noticed it happening. Maybe it's been subtle enough I missed it, but I think this is all just random.

If you had a player who soaks up all the injuries, and no other can be injured, then you should abuse that, right? It is a blessing in disguise. If i had a player who is so injury prone i would use him as a mascot and keep everyone else active.

If there is a bug, then post it in the bugs section...

And why 'Low' intensity when your players are fine?

Only now see this question. The answer is in the game's FAQ:

cit. "Keep also in mind that higher training intensity also means higher chance for players to get injured during the training."

So, lower the intensity = lower probability of an injury.
But who knows ... maybe it's not like that
