have anyone made statistics about is it better to build YA or it is maybe better to leave it without?

Argument for = higher starting physicals and skills.
Argument against = still random youth pull so no help with talent level.

Regardless of whether or not you decide to build the youth academy, it should definitely be the last facility you build.

Completely agree.

You need stadium to build up player wages and coaches wages.
You need coaches to build up player stats.
You need facilities to built up player stats.

Seeing youth player stats and having those stats slightly higher isn't worth anything if the above options aren't already in place.
