I'm a relatively new player and also from a country, where American Football rules are not the common knowledge of all ppl aged 8 and up

I've tried to find the answers regarding special teams both on the forum (but it's not easy to find anything among the hundreds of posts, without a search filter) and on the net, but I still have a lot of doubts.

My primary questions:

(1) Is the "special team cornerback" the same as "jammer" ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jammer_%28American_football%29 )?

(2) If the answer is "yes", am I right assuming, that his primary skill is BLOCK (doesn't use TACKLE)?

(3) If the answer to (2) is also "yes", does a player gain experience as CB both playing as a CB on the defensive formation, and as a cornerback on the special team?

(4) Are "gunners" the only players on the kicking/punting formation allowed to tackle the kick/punt returner?

(5) Do "gunners" in grid-iron game use BLOCK?

I know that gunners' primary responsibility is to TACKLE returners, but based on the info I've found on the net, they also need BLOCKing skills in real life football. Although I'm completely at loss, in what special plays that would be the case.

I'd be extremely interested in answers to my other questions related to special teams, touching more the real life football, not the grid-iron game:

(6) Question (4), as above, in real life football (at least according to the NFL rules).
(7) If the only players on the kicking/punting team allowed to TACKLE the returner are gunners, am I right assuming that the other players at the line of scrimmage are usually OL? But who usually plays the Wings (behind the line of scrimmage)? TE? RB? Surely not the WR? Or may be this is where usually Utility are used?
(8) Who plays on the receiving team during place kicks/punts? I presume they're only allowed to BLOCK (no TACKLE), so apart from the returners, are they usually played by the offensive line?? I think it would make sense, especially in case the returner attempts a run, but I have serious doubts, because it would mean mostly offensive lines on both teams at the same time in such situations.

I'll be grateful for any answers, but in case your answer is only a guess, rather than firm knowledge, please indicate it. Conscious lack of knowledge is way better than unconscious wrong knowledge

Based on what you've written, it's not the offensive line (playing for the kicking/punting team), but rather the defensive line! So that would answer both (7) and (8).

I had presumed it's the offensive line, because on some page named "punt for dummies" (or sth along that line) they call the long snapper (passing the ball to the punter) a CENTER. He probably _can_ be the same player as the OL CENTER (at least in real life football), having that snapping skill and experience, but as part of that special formation will be allowed to TACKLE. Just speculating.

Edit: And the WINGS (question 7) can be then FS/SS, for example. But also CB or LB.
