I do believe this is the first time I've ever had to put the senior team out in the first round of the cup. The only positive to this, is at least I have revenue in the first round.Last edited on 2019-09-17 at 8:31

Took the risk of sending my backups and some starters into the game... looking good and thankfully some round 1 money in the bank!

Yep... Tough draw, I get a bye in the first round and I get Concha Bay Sharks in the 2nd. I imagine they feel the same way.

I'm playing a bot today so am sending my backups out to play. However they're not really very good backups and the bot side have some high wage players, so if for example their 105k per week QB lands in the right slot I am likely to be a goner.

Must be nice to have the option! Round 4 of the cup, that still has quite a few Bots in, and probably a few Bot and Bot matches and some teams are having to face higher division teams whilst said bot teams go to round 5!

I am taking no risks in the Cup. Playing my best and some backups, but would be kicking myself to bot-dom if I messed up with the Cup.

Yeah, nice option to have, agreed.

In the end I took Sredna's words of caution on board, stuck my QB and WR in, plus 2 starting DL. All good :-)
