I have thought about the running game. If I set 90% running game for the 4 down, the QB is matter? I mean it's matter if I use my starter QB or my second one? The starter QB choose the running direction wisely?

I'd just say no without giving a reason.
In my eyes the QB is only important for the 10% in which the ball is thrown.
