Am I right in thinking that if I pick the Chiefs we have a tied game no matter what but if I pick the 49ers we don't??

I picked the Chiefs at the start of the season as my superbowl pick

If I have not missed any guesses so far I am quite sure that is true. We have both selected Chiefs as SB champions at the beginning and I will go with Chiefs until the end (as a Seahawks fan I simply refuse to choose the 49ers). So feel free to choose how is this going to end.
