Hi
My OL are also my DL.
But this player wont go over 3 stars for DL.
117 weeks and he just wont go to 4.5 like his buddies
Guessing this is a bug right?

If a player plays OL and DL, then get BPOS only at OL. IF you play someone at multiple positions, he still gets it for 1 position, and the priority order is offense, defense, special team.

Before the league match, one player had a rating of 5 * as DL and 4.5 * as OL. The second player had a rating of 4.5 * as DL and 4 * as OL. They played the league match as OL. After a league match, the first player has a rating of 4.5 * as DL and 5 * as OL and the second player has a rating of 4 * as DL and 4.5 * as OL. If I let them play as DL in the next round, their OL rating will drop. And so on and on. And this has been happening for several rounds. It only happens to me with these two players. It has never happened to me that a player's rating has dropped before. Is it a bug?

If you are talking about position rating, what might have happened is that as soon as they hit 5* in one position, you started training them in the other position. In this case, they have barely made their first position. Something in GI won't let a player have the exact same rating at two positions. By exact, I'm including an invisible decimal point. So when the player reached 5* in the second position, he had the same decimal in both positions, thus the first position lost one decimal, knocking it back to 4.5*.
To fix this, play the player at the 5* position for an extra game or two, then play them at the second position until they hit 5*. When they first hit 5* in the second position, they primary position should still be the first position. They should remain 5* at both positions after that regardless of how many games you play them at either position.
I usually went five games after hitting five star, but I really believe 1 or 2 games is enough. But you can't just swap them as soon as they hit five star. They will always go back one if you hit 5 star at another position.

If you have already done this, then either I misunderstood the question, or you have another issue.
