what is up with all the injuries? in the last 6 weeks i am on my 3rd injury i am set on average
intensity . is it just me and bad luck or has there been a change?

It seems to be cyclical. I've gone through a couple of periods where I had injuries nearly every week. Then there have been much longer periods with little to no injuries. Only advice I can offer is to be patient. It should end eventually.
