I seem to be having way more injuries this season than in any previous one. Anyone else noticing a change with injuries, or is just some not great luck?

YES!
I’m glad someone else has noticed this. I don’t think I’ve had a week all season without having an injured player. I’ve had my starting TE, RB, and LB all go down with injury. Now I have a starting OL/DL out with injury.

Seems like a very high ratio and those injured players are not training more than average.

Since people who due to random chance have more injuries this season than in previous seasons will be more inclined to react in this thread, skewing the data and potentially giving a wrong impression; on my team there are not more injuries than in other seasons.

a few championships ago I had the same player injured 4 times in 2 leagues, even setting the intensity to low. I protested in the forum and by chance it stopped getting injured of the anomalies. It seems to me that everything is pretty bad and casual here, a lot of bug...bah.
if you think it appropriate, report it, anyway having 4 or 5 injuries at year training them with medium intensity is normal ...

There is no way to know for sure, but setting training intensity to high for a single player might increase the chance of injury happening to your team. Injuries are on team basis, so i assume it is completely random who gets injured. If those assumptions are true, then if you set a player to max intensity, you increase the injury risk for all players.

Thanks all! I think that I've hit 5 injuries at the halfway mark this season with training set to average. Probably nothing, but it's 2-3 times higher than I've seen in any previous season. Anyway, just figured I'd see if others were having similar experiences.

I've had no more injuries than usual.

There was however a guy this season who took literal weeks to recover, which was something the Pigs hadn't ever encountered. Had become very used to the 5-7 day injury, not 27.

Then again, could it be that it has simply been a superb run of good fortune for my team this whole time? I have only upgraded medical staff once in my career, way back in 2013 - to level 3.

I can say that in previous seasons I avered 0-1 injuries. This year I have also had about 5 injuries. So perhaps there is some internal statistic to the game engine that tracks how many injuries you've had over a period of seasons and then increases your risk of injury? I have no idea, I am just throwing a possibility out there...

Regardless 5 injuries at the halfway mark of a season, is way above my norm as well.

I have the starting players who train with low intensity and doctors at the top level .. already two injuries this season. boh, to me it seems randomly ruled and full of bugs also this aspect ...
