line up as related to injury

It appears that if a player becomes injured it then shuffles your full line up. For example, your offensive tackles becomes injured, your entire offense is then randomly shuffled, all other game orders, such as defense and specials remain in tact. Is it possible to have a randomized substitution for just the injured player? So you may have a running back or a corner at tackle, yet the remainder of your starting lineup would follow your game orders.

Please advise, if perhaps I am doing something wrong or missing something that is causing this.

Thank you.

The only thing you are doing wrong is trying to think that this game makes any sense lol

You are forgiven for thinking this is anything like actual American football

More the ideas of a few that have no doubt never played or even seen American football, a spotty teenage kid in a heavy metal t shirt listening to grunge music me is starting to think is the person running, and I use the word running in a loose term, this game

Just swap out the one that cant play, thus your formation is not illegal, thus you wont get bot set up. simple.

On the day of Training or at least 1 hour before the game starts, replace the injured player in the lineup. Resolved.

Sadly, this is nothing new and has been going on since the games inception. The only thing that can be done about it is to check your lineup after training and at least one hour before the start of the game and replace injured players. Be sure to 'submit' that lineup and double check you have a green circle for the game.
