Isn't the Iron Bowl usually scheduled by now? I thought it was usually played on the Thursday before the last league game of the season which would be less than 2 days from now.

Sorry, but that was dirty. You only give them about 24 hours or less to set their lineup. I don't know when the game got scheduled, but it was not scheduled yesterday morning and now the game will be played in less than an hour. Hopefully, both teams are able to get a lineup submitted or have a good default lineup set.

Extremely messed up. Socten hasn't been online in a few days, so its looking like he's going to get screwed here. They should cancel and re-set the match in a fair manner.

What a complete waste of time. A manager can work hard to achieve a spot in the ultimate match that this game has to offer (Iron Bowl), only to be screwed by the match being posted without notice and less than 24 hours to set a lineup.

Why do we still even play this game? Hopefully they will do the right thing here.

At least you had a good lineup. I don't know if you would have chosen any slight changes to tactics, but you were able to use starters. I was wondering if we'd finally be able to see another treble. It's was going to be a difficult task in any case.

Amazing accomplishment, the product of some tremendous consistency season in and season out. At this point, it seems inevitable that the Maroon will routinely make the Iron Bowl and win it: that's excellence at its finest for you.

At least I still hold the records for most Iron Bowl losses, having amassed a whopping 5 of those. So there's that I guess.

Let's accept the fact that GI is the Maroon's world, we are just living in it.
