Hi

There seems to be no information anywhere that I can find on the benefits of building a club shop, a fitness centre a training hall or youth academy. I get the club shop which should bring in income, but what are the benefits of the others? They are quite large outlays, without knowing what you will get back.

At the bottom of any page on this site you'll see some links. Click the "Help/FAQ" link. From there will be a drop down menu that currently says "Updates/Game Schedule". Use the drop down to select "Construction/Facilities FAQ". This will give you most of the relevant information for each of the facilites. It doesn't mention nutrition center since that was added later and the Help/FAQ has not been updated since the beginning (or at least season 2).
