It's your score.
If you pick the winning team, you take the points scored by them and add the difference in the score.
You had the Cardinals. The score was 20-13 and they won. So you take the points scored by them (20) and add the difference in the score (20-13=7). You score for last week is 20+7=27.
Now, if your team loses you take the opponents points + the difference in the score and you get a "-"
Let's say you pick the Giants. They lost 30-10. You take the score of your opponent (30) and the difference (30-10=20). So you get -50 points.
The thing is to try and pick and a winning team each week and who has the most points after week 18 of the regular season wins this game.
Ooo, important. You can't pick a team twice, so you picked the Cardinals in week 1 and you can't pick them again this season. Every week you have to pick a different team

Yeah that's way different than any league I've ever played in over the past couple decades. "Survivor" means you MUST pick the winning team or else you're totally eliminated.

Hence my Cardinals pick. They were the most likely to win. And they did.

Since the games have already started & I can't pick the Cardinals again, I'm basically forced into picking the Chargers
