every player i recieve from youth academy for more than 10 weeks ago is BULLSHIT !

I agree with you... Since I made this new team until now, that is, 8 months, the most talented player I've gotten has been 4 stars and I think there have been fewer than 5 players.

I have noticed this too having a youth academy shows you some of the players stats which is useful, but you guys are right, the players through a top youth academy are trash.

I was thinking it would be best to not have one at all and save the cash as you get no real benefits from one.

What do other managers think on this?

the attributes of the youth academy are more oriented to physical that doesnt help for the real important attributes ...
