Why do I have a QB on my team that cannot throw it better than a Defensive lineman, yet he apparently has better speed and strength than a RB? Is there something I don't know about yet on the stat sheet or is there something I am missing?

Anyone got any ideas?

Yeah. I suppose strength is important too, but c'mon. I gotta play a friendly or something to find out what he can do

So if I am just starting (as in today), should I be playing the players at their natural positions and training them accordingly, or finding the player with the best stats for that position? For ex. I have a WR with 6 pass rating, my QB has only a 1 pass rating. Should I switch them now or train them at their natural position?
