Since we have no clue about earnings-expenditure , is it wisely to hire a new coach , since the current one is extremely bad.

His signing-fee is only once and okay , but his wage could financially kill me

When you hire a new set of coaches you need to have the money for 10 weeks worth in wages. So I think that if you have enough money to hire them in the first place then it shouldn't be a problem (provided you don't go off spending everything you have after that). You also need to calculate in the fact that your main sponsor pays weekley and not just once a season, this will also increase your budget.

As far as weekly expenditure goes, you have wages for players and staff and you have maintenance for stadium and facilities (maintanance is virtually non-existant at the start, though).

What is it actually?
Do we have 1 coach, or 5 coaches? I really don't know

I dont think it's really "coaches" in that way. The more points your "coaches" have (1-2-3-4-5...-20), the more bonus points your players get on training day

So in fact, you have a coach with 5 skills. In the beginning, your coach has 1 on every skill. And now, you can start 'upgrading' your coach?
Let's say (hypothetically), if you only want to train the attacking skills of your player, it would be best to upgrade the attacking skill of your coach to 20?
Do I understand it right?

Yea i think.
But it would be stupid to have like 20 - 1 - 1 - 1 - 1, 'cause it's the same "dude" or "dudes" (you decide in your imagination ) who train all the palyers.. So i would say it would be best to save, and upgrade em all 1 point, instead of one 5 points. Maybe with one more point in defense and offense. (my coaches look like this atm 3 - 3 - 2 - 2 - 2)

Yep, it was just an hypothetical example, to see if I understood it

Another question:

Today I buy me a 5/5/5/5/5 coach (hypotheticaly).
Can I upgrade his skills later to 6/6/6/6/6?
Or will I have to buy a new one with 6/6/6/6/6?

You don't upgrade coaching staff. You hire new ones.
