What is the expected attendance for a teams first game? I know it can vary due to weather but say it was sunny what would the attendance for a teams first game usually be.

Attendance is mostly affected by both team's virtual rating (league level and current table position).
Actually you gave me a good idea to include a basic attendance guide into remaining docs that I am working on right now.
So I will do a bit of attendance calculating and you can expect this answer in FAQs a bit later today.

I won't give the whole secret out though. There are some things that managers should observe and learn with experience

My question is made for this very old topic

The FAQ is updated again, but I got a question about the tickets/attendance.
Those different factors, do they count in the first match already?
For example, if you're lucky you're on the first position, you'll get more visitors than the one who's on the tenth position.
Is this true?

No, for the start all the teams are treated equally.

Next preaseason the final positions for this season will be taken into account

Great
Another thing, I just saw a game with no specators, probably because the owner of the stadium was building his stadium.
Isn't that a little unfair for the visitor? Actually, it's not his fault that the stadium is being built. But now he has no revenue...

If the home team doesn't have any free seats then there is nothing we can do about it. The managers will just have to watch where they set up their friendlies

But is it always that if you extend your stadium, no spectators can watch the game?

Only the side you are extending isn't available to the spectators. This means that if you upgrade any of the 3 sides that are currently empty you will have your full current capacity. If you go and upgrade the only stand that has seating available then naturally you won't have any seats for people to seat on - that stand will become a construction zone.
