Players will receive training this week
just91 is correct, in GI training is not limited only to those players that were involved in matches.

Two questions

-If I want to hire a new coach, it's best to do it after Wednesday 4.00AM and before Thursday 4.00AM?

-So you only have to play friendlies to gain experience and to increase the team chemistry?

Wich i think is great(what i think is great is that every player gets training - if anyone had any doubt)

That lead to another question:
What will playing matches do to you players?
ofc, it'll prolly have an impact on exp. and fitness.
Anything else?

Can you buy a head coach? Or only increase the number of coaches?

Ah, now I see the answer in the other thread

1. If you want to "fiddle" with coach wages then probably yes, but given that you pay sign-on bonus each time you hire new coaching staff, it does not pay off to "fiddle" to much and have a new staff each week. You do skip one pay check with your idea though.
2. And you forgot the basic player rating which can only be trained with playing matches. Training increases basic skills, but playing matches increases overall rating for the position the player has played a match on.
