There currently is no Division V for Atlantic Europe.

bad news Guru, Atlantic recieved a D V as well as North America. seems like we're both growing quite well!

I am sorry though to inform you that you will in fact demote to D V my friend. Look at it as an opportunity to shape your team up and get right back up to d IV.

Well since IV is the lowest in centrl europe, i think you will stay in the IV
