3 TW is the only knock but @ 16y of age he's got plenty of time to develop!

5* talent RB. 17 yr old. 15 speed, 15 strength. He will be a beast! If only he could play QB :-(. (My QB only has 1 1/2 talent.)

What's everyone else's findings?

Looks like you can expect approx 3 keepers per season which, in the long run, is enough to sustain a team. Maybe just use the TM to keep quality at desired levels if needed.

3-4 per season is a decent average taking into account caps that occur. I had the best season I've ever had this past season with 7 players 4.5* talent or higher, of which only two capped a fitness skill, one at 16 and one at 14. Also kept 2 4* pulls and a 3.5*. Will never expect to duplicate that good fortune
