Seems like there are five separate managers looking to become the head coach for Canada's national team. All candidates currently have teams in Division II, which is great, but makes things a little bit more difficult to choose who to vote for. Plus it seems all five candidates have had teams for around the same amount of time, which each joining the game back between July and October in 2020.
