In order to have a national team a country needs approx 8-9 active managers plus the admins would have to agree to add an additional NT to game. It's been a long time since this happened so it's uncertain whether they would add a new NT even if there were enough active managers.

It's a shame as my backup QB/future starter Seon De La Rosa is from Trinidad and Tobago and he would make a great starting QB for your NT.
