Send a message by the "Contact us" tab on the bottom of the page. Explain it and sometime after this it will be repaired. It usually works...

Yeah I'm the same, can't callup players.

Considering this is a problem every season, you'd think they would have this sorted by now

you would think so, but no.

this situation though is the longest we have every had to wait. once reminded, they have fixed it almost instantly all other cycles.
