This bug still appears to be in effect

This could have had an impact on people finances and teams have gone bankrupt as a result

As far as I remember, this bug is fixed by Admin manually executing the script, so round 2 should be coming ip any time.

It's a manual process. Somebody needs to run the code that used to be automatic.

Like driving a car and having rather passenger press the clutch and the shifting gears with their teeth.

i still think that in cup while bots are still in the competition has no sense to play against a human team. thats a bug
