Sorry to break this to you, but I brought up this same issue here on the forums, with the same ideas, making essentially the same arguments, a number of YEARS ago.

And you can see how well that worked out.

Unfortunately, there seems to be little to no realistic hope that such changes will ever be made.

The owner and Admin have made it clear that no changes will be made. Only if someone else takes over the game.

Yes, unfortunately as SrednaD pointed out, the Admin has made it clear that the Owner is not going to update the game. It is what it is.

One of the reasons why I stopped paying for supporter a few months ago.
